Communication: Communication is the foremost important tool used by the project manager as about 90% of their total time is spent communicating. Where leadership is all about inspiring the other individuals or members to walk with you, the team management on the other hand, makes sure that the team and its members have the right shoes (Indelicato, 2012). Hence, being able to foresee the issues, as well as, to develop solutions for all the circumstances in advance will increase the chances of success dramatically (Hwang Ng, 2013).
